7. When mixing the cement, the ambient temperature of the cement should be kept between 5 ℃ -35 ℃. The amount used must not be adjusted by adding water.
8. Before pouring the cement, all kinds of garbage and water between the steel pad and the track groove should be removed again, and the flatness of the steel pad should be checked again; the pouring should be from one side to the other, one end to the other, and The lower air bubbles come out; during the pouring process, do not hit the steel plate strongly.
9. 48h after the cement is poured, the adjustment bolt should be tightened and the embedded bolt should be tightened. The holes left after the adjustment bolts are loosened should be filled with cement in time.
10. The interface between the rubber plate and the rubber plate should not be at the rail interface, nor should it be provided at the interface between the steel plate and the steel plate. The bottom of the rail shall not be exposed laterally.
